Accepted<br \/>\npapers will be published by IEEE Computer Society Press in the combined<br \/>\nPerCom 2012 Workshops Proceedings and will appear on IEEE Xplore. At least<br \/>\none author of each accepted paper must register and attend the workshop<br \/>\nto present the paper. There is no workshop-only registration. An oral<br \/>\npresentation at the workshop is strictly required.
